Service Agreement

Royalty Holdings LLC provides credit consulting, credit profile optimization, and funding guidance services. We are not a lender and do not guarantee approvals, funding amounts, or specific outcomes.

Clients agree to actively participate, provide accurate information, and understand that results depend on credit profile and third-party agencies.

FEE STRUCTURE & SERVICES

1. $599 Setup Fee

Non-refundable after onboarding begins. Covers file setup, analysis, and strategy.

2. $199 Monthly Service

Ongoing credit repair, dispute processing, monitoring, and optimization. Client may cancel before next billing cycle.

3. $1,000 Fast-Track Option

Optional one-time accelerated service with priority processing.

FUNDING SUCCESS FEE (IMPORTANT)

Client agrees to pay a 10% success fee on any funding obtained as a result of Royalty Holdings LLC services.

This includes:

- Personal funding - Business funding -

Credit cards

- Lines of credit

Payment is due within 24 hours of receiving funds.

Client agrees not to bypass the company to avoid payment.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of consulting and digital services, no refunds will be issued once services have begun.

Monthly services may be canceled before the next billing cycle.

NO GUARANTEE CLAUSE

Royalty Holdings LLC does not guarantee:

- Credit score increases

- Funding approvals

- Specific results

All outcomes depend on individual credit profiles and lender decisions.

LEGAL COMPLIANCE (KEEP FROM ORIGINAL CONTRACT)

Please ensure the following are still included:

• Credit Repair Service Agreement

• Authorization to act on client’s behalf

• Consumer Credit File Rights (CROA Disclosure)

• 3-Day Right to Cancel

• Electronic signature acknowledgment
